Warranty & RMA Policy

Thank you for purchasing IMOU products from Hangzhou Huacheng Network Technology Co., Ltd or its affiliates (hereinafter, the “Product” and “Huacheng”, respectively). In order to protect your rights and interests, please read this Warranty & RMA Policy carefully.

This Warranty & RMA Policy is only applicable to the purchaser who has the condition of consumer and purchases the Product from an authorized seller.

Your IMOU product is warranted for a period listed as follows from the date of purchase against defects in materials, workmanship and against non-conformities, or such longer period as may be required by law in the country or state where this product is sold, when used normally in accordance with user manual. Huacheng’s sole responsibility under this Warranty & RMA Policy is limited to repairing or replacing the defective or non-conforming Products returned by the authorized seller or purchaser, at consumer’s option. If the defective or non-conforming Product cannot be repaired or replaced or those remedies are impossible or disproportionate, the consumer will be entitled to have the purchase price reduced or the contract terminated and the purchase price fully reimbursed

Non-warranty scope:

  • The original Product serial number label has been altered, replaced, torn or lost; Product model number and/or serial number of the Product do not tally with the Product;
  • The warranty period has expired according to this Warranty and RMA Policy or the contract entered with the customer or if the proof of purchase is not provided;
  • The malfunction or damage is caused by the failure of the user to use, maintain or take care of this Product according to the user’s manual;
  • the malfunction or damage is caused by the repairing conducted by an unauthorized repairing organization or personnel;
  • The malfunction or damage is caused by accidents, force majeure or human reason

Other statements:

  • Please backup and delete your personal data before returning the product.
  • IMOU is not responsible for any other commitments made by any reseller, agent, or employee that are not covered by the present Warranty & RMA Policy.
